We are seeking a dynamic, solutions-focused Member Engagement Specialist to support our sales team in driving the growth of F.A.B., Inc. related programs and services. In this role, you will sell new and existing F.A.B. programs, provide excellent member service, build strong business relationships, and successfully onboard new members. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive Member Growth: Support the Sales Team under the direction of the Director of Member Engagement to identify and promote expansion opportunities within F.A.B. programs, focusing on F.A.B. Brand Growth, A&B Supplier Growth, and New Program Implementation.
- Account Maintenance & Retention: Manage assigned member accounts, maximizing profitable sales through product research, trend evaluation, and value-added recommendations.
- Business Reviews & Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-impact Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and New Member Orientation presentations to educate members and drive profitability.
- Event & Onboarding Management: Coordinate and execute activities for new member onboarding, Member Food Shows, F.A.B. conferences, and promotional programs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales personnel, marketing, procurement, finance, and operations to reach company-wide objectives.
- Administrative Duties: Manage account scheduling, draft professional correspondence, create presentations, maintain accurate CRM records, and compile sales reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, AND/OR 1–3 years of successful sales experience. Experience in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Dynamic personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently present to individuals and small groups.
- Analytical & Reasoning Skills: Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs. Solid common-sense problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Contact Management Systems (CRM), database software, inventory software, order processing systems, spreadsheets (Excel), Word, and PowerPoint.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for conferences, food shows, and member site visits.
- Exempt full-time position with a bonus opportunity
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
