About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams that drive innovation in aviation. This is a 12-month full-time consulting opportunity with strong potential to convert to permanent for the right candidate. Based in Opa-locka, FL (hybrid: 3 days in-office), you’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to deliver top-tier talent and influence recruitment strategies that directly impact business success.
What You’ll Do

Lead the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding

Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies for key and high-volume roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights and hiring guidance

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools

Enhance the candidate experience while strengthening employer brand presence

Leverage data and performance metrics to improve recruitment effectiveness

Support strategic talent acquisition initiatives such as process improvements and employer branding

Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously refine sourcing and hiring best practices
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (intermediate level)

Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms

Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Experience collaborating with hiring leaders and delivering results independently
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

5+ years of recruitment experience, including high-volume or complex roles

Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace industries

Familiarity with unionized environments

Strong knowledge of market trends and recruiting best practices

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and improve recruitment processes

Pay Details: $43.00 to $50.00 per hour
