K-TECHnologies, a Buffalo NY based contract manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies is looking to hire a Controller. K-TECHnologies offers a fast paced, rewarding experience with project opportunities in high-reliability technology industries including space, defense, rail and aviation.
The Controller will provide financial direction for the company as well as strategic leadership for the accounting and finance team. They will be accountable for the finance and accounting operations of the company, including the production and analysis of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets. The Controller is responsible for mitigating risk, enhancing the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensuring that reported results comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP.) The Controller is also responsible for cash management, debt management, and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Controller, preferably in a manufacturing/contract manufacturing setting
- Unquestionable level of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to inspire trust and build key stakeholder relationships
- ERP System experience
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree in finance preferred
- CPA or CMA designation preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
