Imagine meeting people from all over the world and piloting a peaceful adventure, floating through the skies in hot air balloon surrounded by outstanding views. The one thing that every hot air balloon needs is a skilled and trained hot air balloon pilot. We will send the right candidates for all of the training to be a skilled balloon pilot! We are looking for an individual who has the following qualifications: Navigation competence: Ideally Hot air balloon/airplane/paragliding/boat pilot background with notion of meteorological analysis. Monitoring competence: Responsible and being able to supervise people during flights. Take responsibility to fly or not depending of factors (airworthiness of the balloon, weather conditions, availability of staff, etc.) Boarding/unboarding passengers in safe condition. Adjust behavior depending on takeoff/landing. Teamwork is a plus to communicate with other pilot on the ground. Technical competence: Mechanical background is necessary. Hydraulic and electronic background is a plus to conduct the maintenance operations of the winch house. Other duties as assigned by management
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
