Seeking a proactive full time Customer Service Representative to join our highly energized team!

Responsibilities include:

Flexibility to work varying rotating shifts early mornings/late evenings, holidays and weekends.

Able to accommodate clients with Early Operations and/or Late Operations when requested.

Reliability is a key factor for success with us.

Ability to multi-task with several points of input simultaneously.

Greeting and directing corporate and private aircraft crew members and passengers.

Clearly communicating at all times with professionalism and tact.

Upholding our high standards of customer service by proactively anticipating the needs of our clients and going above and beyond to make sure their visit with us is pleasurable.

Fulfilling service requests including but not limited to arranging catering, handwashing fine China and or crystal as needed establishing rental car reservations and confirming delivery.

Keeping the facility clean and orderly, including completing daily checklist of cleaning tasks ie wiping down counters, cleaning bathrooms and moping lobby.

Create reservations for arriving or departing aircraft with information provided via phone, email and fax. Arrange hotel and transportation requests as needed including rental reservations and coordinating hired car services.

Create invoices and process payments for all services and fuel uploads in a timely accurate manner.

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Strong computer skills

Customer Service Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Flexibility to work varying shifts early mornings or late evenings, holidays and weekends.

Able to accommodate clients with early operations and late operations when requested concurrent to working scheduled shift.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
