CPC Logistics, Inc. is a leader in the transportation industry, providing logistics and professional driver services. We currently have an opportunity in the Northeast region for an experienced Transportation Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:

Screen, interview, and hire CDL Class A driver applicants
Manage client relationships
Maintain and manage driver fleet
Plan and conduct driver safety meetings
Perform accident investigations
Administer workers comp return to work program
Submit reports on MS Word/Excel/Outlook as required
Administer DOT drug/alcohol compliance program
Administer awards and discipline programs
Work any hours as Operational issues dictate
Educate and promote safety to drivers in the field

Qualifications:

Experience in transportation management
Experienced in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain/Human Resources
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Willing and able to travel in an assigned geographical area
Ability to prioritize based on customer or company needs
Basic knowledge of computer
Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
CDL preferred but not required
Bilingual a plus but not required
