Stature Aviation is growing, and we are building a higher standard for aircraft management, flight training, and client experience.
We are hiring Aviation Line Service Technicians / Client Experience Specialists to join our frontline operations team at Addison Airport.
This role is ideal for someone with aviation line service, ground operations, aircraft detailing, FBO, hospitality, or high-end customer service experience who takes pride in presentation, moves with urgency, and understands that small details create a premium experience.
This is not an average line service job.
At Stature, this role goes beyond moving aircraft or wiping down airplanes. You are part of the team responsible for making sure our aircraft, hangars, and client-facing spaces are clean, stocked, staged, documented, and ready — and that every client feels welcomed, expected, and cared for the moment they arrive.
This is a full-time, on-site position. Coverage may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the team schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Pull, position, stage, and reset aircraft as assigned.
- Complete Pre-Rental and Post-Rental Checklists before and after flights.
- Keep aircraft interiors, exteriors, hangars, and shared work areas clean and presentable.
- Stock aircraft, drinks, snacks, water, headsets, cords, covers, chocks, and cabin items.
- Confirm aircraft are staged before scheduled departures.
- Coordinate or confirm fuel needs according to the schedule.
- Greet clients professionally and offer water, snacks, or assistance.
- Update Hobbs/Tach in the system after flights.
- Complete non-technical aircraft overview reports as assigned.
- Document aircraft presentation, cleanliness, cabin condition, visible exterior condition, and supply levels.
- Take photos to support aircraft reports or document visible concerns.
- Assist with navigation database updates after proper training.
- Report squawks, damage, missing items, cleaning issues, low supplies, unusual findings, or aircraft readiness concerns.
- Notify management when an aircraft appears to need professional detailing.
- Support arrivals, departures, mobile visits, or onsite aircraft visits when assigned.
- Keep tugs, carts, vehicles, tools, and shared work areas clean and presentable.
Who You Are
- Hands-on with exceptional attention to detail
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors, and stay active throughout the day
- Professional, friendly, and service-minded
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
- Able to move with urgency without being careless
- Comfortable working around aircraft, clients, pilots, and instructors
- Dependable and willing to support early, late, weekend, or holiday shifts when scheduled
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ideal Background
The right candidate may come from one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Aviation line service
- FBO ramp operations
- Aircraft ground support
- Aircraft detailing
- Airport operations
- Hospitality service
- Customer service

- Operations support
- Military or team-based service environments
Aviation experience is preferred, but we will train the right person if they have the right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.
