Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt
SUMMARY Coordinate and perform maintenance operations across company locations ensuring, equipment and facilities, are properly maintained, safe, and operational.
REQUIRED COMPENTENCIES
- Coordinate daily maintenance tasks such as repairs and inspections of roofs & gutters, concrete, parking lot, general offices and buildings upkeep & renovations, ac, lighting, restroom, landscape and sprinkle maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and grounds to identify issues, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure the constant availability of required materials and equipment
- Responsible for completing quotes with different vendors and third parties to complete repairs and maintenance along the companies’ facilities.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance in close coordination with Fabcorp’s General Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of duties performed, and materials utilized, must be conscientious and mindful of the duty of preserving the quality and integrity of this facility
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- In smaller organizations or emergencies, perform direct maintenance or repair work as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly personal work environment, at all times.
- Must display organizational skills, involving all maintenance department related supplies and storage areas.
- Upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.
- Follow company safety & security guidelines
- Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
- Other duties as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employee may be required to do the following: climbing into and out of equipment; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands, fingers and feet to operate tools and equipment; lifting up to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction. The employee is frequently required to sit while performing the duties of this job (approx. 80%) walk (20%). The employee is expected to lift or move materials (5% of workday)
