The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated DLA Project Coordinator to join our growing US operations, based in Durham, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual transitioning from the military, or with fuels/logistics experience, who is looking to build a commercial career in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who can operate independently, take ownership, and contribute across both operational delivery and business development.
The successful candidate will have full autonomy to originate, develop, and secure new business opportunities, with a direct financial incentive linked to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of coordination for DLA-related projects and activities
- Support the day-to-day management and administration of the US office
- Assist with onboarding and management of key systems and portals
- Coordinate fuel supply operations, logistics, and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Support sourcing, pricing, and preparation of proposals and bids
- Proactively identify, develop, and win new business opportunities
- Manage and grow own accounts from origination through delivery
- Ensure all activities align with contractual, regulatory, and operational requirements
Candidate Profile
- Military background strongly preferred (logistics, fuels, or supply chain ideal)
- Experience in fuel operations, aviation logistics, or related sectors is highly desirable
- Commercially driven with a strong appetite for business development
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves in a growing business

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
