H.I.S. Hawaii, a major Japanese-affiliated travel agency, is looking for Customer Service Associates to work in the Daniel K. Inoue International Airport. We are looking for someone who can provide an excellent customer service to arriving passengers from Japan in a cheerful and energetic manner. 　日系大手旅行会社H.I.S.Hawaiiでは、ホノルル空港部門で活躍するカスタマーサービスエージェントを募集中。明るく元気に、日本から到着のお客様へのサポートができる方のご応募をお待ちしています。

【主な業務内容】

・日本から到着するHISのお客様をホノルル空港でお出迎えするカスタマーサービス業務

・ハワイ到着のお客様へのワイキキまたは宿泊ホテルへの送迎シャトル手配業務

・当社のお客様が日本へ帰国する時の空港チェックインと搭乗サポート業務

・他島へ出発・帰島する当社のお客様の空港でのご案内・サポート業務

・空港内『LeaLeaラウンジ』をご利用になるお客様の対応業務とラウンジ管理業務

■Work Location/勤務地

・Daniel K. Inouye International Airport（ダニエル・K・イノウエ国際空港）

・Address：300 Rodgers Boulevard, Honolulu, HI 96819

■Positions/募集ポジション

・Full Time／週5日シフト勤務

・Part Time／週3-5日シフト勤務（午前中のみ）

■Hours/勤務時間

【フルタイム】

・土日祝日を含む週5日出勤、1日8時間勤務（＋昼食休憩1時間）

【パートタイム】

・週3～5日出勤、午前中4～5時間前後（土日祝いずれか出勤可能な方）

・航空会社の運航スケジュールに合わせて１日4-8時間勤務（週20時間以上働ける方尚可）

・航空機のキャンセルや遅延時には、イレギュラーな勤務時間が発生する場合もあります

■Qualifications/採用条件

・Japanese-speaking required ：丁寧な日本語での読み書きと接客、日本語での問い合わせへの対応が問題なくできる方

・English-speaking required (Conversational level) ：簡単な英文の読み書きと空港業務に関する日常英会話でのコミュニケーションができる方

・Friendly, cheerful personality：人と接するのが好きで、明るく元気に対応いただける方

・Responsible and reliable for the assigned work：お任せした業務を責任を持ってやっていただける方

■Requirements/応募資格

・Must be able to commute to the above work location at the time of interview or at the start of work.　面接時または勤務開始時に上記勤務地への通勤が可能な方

・Must be able to communicate nicely and friendly with our customers and staff both in Japanese and English.　当社のお客様やスタッフと日本語、英語両方での丁寧なコミュニケーションができる方
