Your Mission:
- Identify and develop new PT6 commercial sales opportunities
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to grow and protect market share
- Build and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Become a trusted advisor to customers by delivering outstanding technical support
- Strengthening relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners
- Work closely with operational and sales teams to uncover opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Represent TAE Aerospace at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to elevate our brand presence
- Capture and manage all sales opportunities through our CRM system

Essential Experience & Skills
- Strong experience with Pratt & Whitney PT6 engines and the associated market.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience working for MRO/shop, providing direct market knowledge, customer relationships, and competitive insight.
- Proven track record of driving business growth in aviation maintenance or manufacturing
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
