Precision Air Inc., located in Georgetown, SC is looking to hire a full time Aviation Parts and Inventory Associate. A successful candidate must be organized, team oriented, data entry experience and able to work unsupervised.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform tasks associated with the aircraft parts and tools department for an FAA Repair Station to include shipping, receiving, purchasing and inventory control.
- Receive parts and equipment into inventory, update database system.
- Conduct physical inventory audits for parts and equipment.
- Place purchasing orders and track shipments.
- Maintain data entry system and run reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of the receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
- Proficiency in using computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Highly Proficient data entry and computer skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
