Employee must be able to install, inspect, test, adjust and/or repair avionics electronic transmitting and receiving equipment such as radio, navigation, autopilot systems and electrical systems in aircraft. Perform basic configuration, software updates, troubleshooting, analysis and repair of navigation and communication equipment on general aviation aircraft. Must know basic sheet metal practices.
Travel is expected.
Essential Responsibilities:
Applies basic and some technical knowledge to solve problems by referencing manufactures' manuals or similar documents.
Requires a detailed understanding of inter connection of navigational and communication equipment, selection of tools and test equipment to perform tasks at hand. Understand strict compliance with technical manual instructions, service bulletins and technical directives.

Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
At minimum 3 year experience in understanding schematics, use of multimeter, and ohms law.
