Charm Aviation NYC is seeking a Backend Customer Service Representative to support daily flight operations through reservation management, internal communication, and system accuracy. This role is primarily behind the scenes and is essential to keeping flights running smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, reschedules, and cancellations in the reservation system
- Monitor and respond to emails and backend partner platforms (OTAs)
- Verify passenger details, seat counts, weights, and internal notes
- Prepare daily flight manifests and internal reports
- Process payments, refunds, adjustments, and receipts accurately
- Communicate operational updates with on-site staff and management
- Identify and flag potential scheduling or operational issues
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
Requirements
- Previous customer service, reservations, admin, or operations experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with computers, booking systems, and email
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Professional written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Weekend, holiday, and evening availability is required
- Seasonal workload fluctuations
- Desk-based role with coordination across operations teams
