I’m launching a small, RN-supported transportation service for cataract surgery patients who don’t have family or friends to escort them on surgery day.
I’m currently looking for 1–2 registered nurses interested in participating in a paid pilot / proof of concept.
What this involves:
- Pick up patient from home
- Escort to outpatient cataract surgery center
- Remain on-site during procedure
- Assist with discharge and ensure safe return home
- Total time per case: ~2–3 hours
Requirements:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Must have your own reliable, clean vehicle
- Comfortable working with elderly patients
- Professional, punctual, and personable
Compensation:
- $125 per completed case (paid same day)
Status:
This is a pilot phase with potential for recurring work as the service grows.
