What you will do:
This position will analyze, evaluate and coordinate the efforts of the Aircraft Maintenance Training within the MRO. Responsibilities also include scheduling and forecast training classes, records administration, on-line media and web site development and publication. The Training Coordinator will confer with all levels of Management and various governmental agencies. This position reports to the Supervisor of Maintenance Training.
What you need:
- High School Diploma OR GED
- Proven ability to multitask in a busy office environment with numerous interruptions.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and oral, with internal & external customers.
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
- Excellent customer Service skill
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated competency in problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to use independent judgement, suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner.
- Type 35 wpm
Preferred experience:
- Proficiency in the Wings computer system.
- Experience working with Adobe Presentation applications, HTML/XML web authoring and FrameMaker for desktop publishing.
- College degree in technical field.
