Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily ESD tasks for multiple ESD labs across an aerospace production site.
o Support ESD Site Lead/Focal on tasks related to:
Annual ESD compliance verification of ESD labs
Periodic random auditing of ESD and humidity control compliance
ESD event investigations
Revision of ESD related quality documentation
o Manage daily operation of ESD ticket system
Provide ESD related services within critical time periods
Communicate with internal customers about ESD related tasks and tickets
o Have a quality mindset
o Collect data for ESD related events for review by ESD SME and ESD Site Focal
o Current or prior ESD-TR53 ESD Compliance Verification Technician certification
Experience operating specialized ESD related test equipment
Knowledge of ANSI/ESD S20.20
- Prepare Test Documentation
- Lead a small team with work direction, training and scheduling
- Operate general purpose test equipment to include oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies and function generators.
