About the Role
A growing MRO (Aviation Maintenance Provider) in Doral/Medley is seeking a Aircraft Mechanic to oversee aircraft maintenance operations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and team coordination to ensure safe, efficient work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aircraft systems, structures, and engines.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, and supply to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Uphold hangar safety and environmental practices.
- Manage and repair commercial Jets
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience.
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems, tooling, and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and organizational habits.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hangar environments.
