We are an established FAA Part 145 repair station seeking entry-level aviation maintenance technicians.
This role is ideal for graduating or near-graduating students or those with mechanical backgrounds interested in gaining hands-on experience across avionics, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Technicians will work alongside experienced personnel to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations and approved data.
Opportunities are available on a part-time or full-time basis depending on availability.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs under supervision
- Follow FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and approved data
- Complete basic documentation and job cards accurately

Required Skills (Entry-Level)
- Enrollment in or recent completion of an aviation maintenance or A&P program
- Basic understanding of aircraft systems (avionics, electrical, mechanical, or hydraulics)
- Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals, work instructions, and task cards
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and shop equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures exactly
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document work accurately and legibly
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
