Position Overview
JetGlow Aviation is seeking a motivated, disciplined Aircraft Detailer who takes pride in craftsmanship and understands that presentation matters in aviation.
You will work directly on piston aircraft, turboprops, business jets, and specialty aircraft. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
- Perform exterior aircraft washing (dry wash & wet wash methods)
- Polish brightwork and aluminum surfaces
- Assist with paint correction and ceramic coating applications
- Clean and detail aircraft interiors
- Remove carbon, oil, and bug contamination safely
- Use microfiber systems and aviation-approved products properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow JetGlow SOPs and safety standards
- Protect sensitive aircraft components (antennas, pitot tubes, static ports, sensors)
- Represent JetGlow professionally on the ramp and in hangars
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on ladders and lifts safely
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and polishing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working around aircraft and high-end clients
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Previous aircraft detailing experience
- Automotive, marine, or paint correction experience
- Experience with polishers (DA/rotary)
- Military aviation background
- A&P familiarity or aviation knowledge
