Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000–$126,000/year — Based on experience and qualifications
Shift: Full-time, on-site only; no remote flexibility

Job Summary
Take full ownership of the scheduling department for a multi-base Part 135 operator—synchronizing crew assignments, aircraft deployment, and operational efficiency across a high-demand charter environment. A proactive leadership role with broad operational scope and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Scheduling Supervisors and team members; build a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
Drive hiring, onboarding, and professional development efforts; conduct evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
Manage day-to-day crew and aircraft scheduling across all operating bases; maximize fleet productivity and crew efficiency
Administer scheduling for full-time, part-time, and on-call personnel; adapt staffing models for seasonal demand shifts
Complete bi-weekly payroll processing for all scheduling department staff
Align scheduling resources with trip demand in partnership with Sales, Service, Dispatch, and senior Operations leaders
Uphold strict SOP compliance; take part in Safety Management System reviews and operational data assessments
Analyze scheduling systems for efficiency gains; update internal policies as operational needs evolve
Monitor and report on scheduling KPIs; promote team-driven performance improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Prior Part 135 operational experience (mandatory)
Proven track record in both Crew Scheduling and Aircraft Scheduling
5+ years in a management or supervisory capacity
3+ years in aviation scheduling and/or dispatch roles
Thorough working knowledge of crew legality standards and charter fleet utilization
Familiarity with aviation scheduling software platforms
Competency in Microsoft 365 tools
Strong communicator with sharp multitasking ability and a detail-oriented mindset
Ideal Qualifications
FAA Dispatch License (preferred)
Decisive under pressure with a track record of sound real-time operational judgment
Fluent cross-departmental communicator; builds trust across sales, dispatch, and operations
Proactive, hands-on management style with deep Part 135 scheduling expertise
