Position Overview:
Ridgeline Aviation is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our flight school training program. This role ensures efficient program operations, supports instructors and students, and maintains high standards of training quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Ridgeline Aviation flight training program
- Coordinate scheduling of instructors, students, and aircraft
- Monitor student progress and program completion metrics
- Collaborate with leadership to improve training processes and curriculum
- Ensure compliance with applicable FAA training standards
- Serve as a key point of contact for students and instructional staff
- The role of this person is to support the Chief Flight Instructor in all duties as assigned as well as work and coordinate with all administrative roles within Ridgeline.
Qualifications:
- Experience in aviation operations or flight training environments
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules
- Familiarity with FAA training structures preferred
