Job Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Senior Transportation Manager to lead our logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- Manage daily operations of the transportation team, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules and inventory flow.
- Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.
- Lead training sessions for drivers on safety protocols, company policies, and customer service standards.
- Address any transportation issues promptly to minimize delays or disruptions in delivery services.
Experience
- Proven experience in transportation management or logistics within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in planning routes and managing schedules.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and fleet maintenance practices.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
