Required / Preferred Qualifications: The Operations Assistant will support the Director of Operations and Controller in the day‑to‑day business and maintenance operations of an FAA Part 145 repair station. This role interacts with all major functional leaders to help the company meet operational, financial, and customer service goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic aviation environment.
- 5+ years of progressive experience supporting day‑to‑day business or field/mobile operations
- Strong analytical, accounting, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or an ERP system (required)
- Familiarity with web‑based database systems and willingness to learn new platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and moving operational parts
- Experience working in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station or aviation maintenance environment
- Must be open to relocation in 2027 to SE Tarrant County.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day operational assistance:
- Technical skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or other ERP systems is a must
- Familiarity with various web-based database products and a willingness to learn new systems
- We will train the incumbent as needed, but a strong background in software and comprehension of analytical database systems and reporting is required for this position

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
