- US Citizen with clean background check, drug screen, and pre-employment credit check for eventually obtaining security clearance
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Avionics, or a related discipline, and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience in avionics or aircraft electrical systems (Higher education may substitute for relevant experience)
- Familiarity with applying and interpreting GD&T per ASME Y14.5
- Experience developing work instructions for avionics assembly, wiring, and system integration
- Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems, with an emphasis on avionics-related product data and processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints for aircraft/avionic systems
- Hands-on experience with wiring installation, troubleshooting, and repair in avionics and aircraft electrical systems
