Job Description:
Slate Aviation, LLC, has a fleet of CRJ200 & Challenger 850 aircraft and now adding Challenger 300/350s to our fleet, We provide charter service in the continental US, Caribbean, Mexico and Canada. All aircraft are equipped with WiFi to ensure you are never out of touch. Cabin Attendants or Flight Attendants are on board every aircraft to prepare the cabin and manage guest comfort.
HIGH BASE PAY
Slate Aviation, LLC offers some of the highest first-year base pay in the charter industry – hourly flight pay is in addition to annual base salary. Pay includes ($60) per day per-diem for meals – if you fly through a mealtime, our crew services team will order meals delivered to the FBO and you keep the per-diem. Each crew member is supplied with a company credit card for incidentals, so you never have out-of-pocket expenses. Starting salaries not inclusive of additional benefits -
HOME-BASED CREWING:
All Slate Aviation crew members are home based – we assign crew members to aircraft based on their proximity to the fleet. We airline you to your assigned aircraft – all logistics are managed by the company. All hotel and airline points are yours to keep – these can be used for personal travel for you and your family. Each crew member is enrolled in the Known Crew Member (KCM) program so that you can easily get through airport security. Commuting to the aircraft is done on your scheduled days on.
SCHEDULE:
Crew schedule structure is 8 days on with 6 days off. Travel on Tuesday, Travel home on Tuesday– schedule is published quarterly to provide crews with advance notice of working days.
CREW SERVICES FLIGHT FOLLOWING:
Our dispatch and crew services team, provides flight following and crew member support whenever you are away from your home domicile. From customs support, meals, to hotels and crew cars, our team handles all the details to ensure that you can focus on what matters most – flying the aircraft safely. Each pilot is issued a company iPad pre-loaded with all of the tools you need for flight planning and staying in touch with the team.

· MINIMUM 3000 TOTAL FLIGHT TIME
· ATP
· CL-30 Rating
· 100 PIC hours in Type
· Current First-Class Medical
· Valid Passport
· Valid Driver's License
· Eligible to work in the USA
