SkyHop Global is a national leader in airline crew transportation, trusted by major airlines across the United States. As we launch operations in Hawaii, we’re building a high-performing local leadership team to support our newest and most exciting region.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and enjoys being both strategic and hands-on. This role will serve as the primary HR partner for our Hawaii operations and will travel between islands to support station teams.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for Hawaii operations
- Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Advise leaders on employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Conduct workplace investigations and ensure policy compliance
- Partner with Safety and Operations on training initiatives
- Support payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes
- Ensure compliance with Hawaii and federal employment laws
- Travel to neighbor islands as needed to support station teams
- Help build a strong, positive culture aligned with SkyHop values
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting multi-site or field operations strongly preferred
- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance practices
- Experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, or service industries a plus
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, 24/7 operational environments
- Willingness to travel between islands as business needs require
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- PHR / SHRM-CP certification a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
