2. Job Description/Responsibilities
- Coordinate cargo bookings, manage flight space, and control allocations to maximize cargo capacity utilization and revenue
- Support customers and freight forwarders by handling inquiries, providing flight schedules and updates, and offering assistance via phone and email
- Process and administer orders, ensuring accuracy of data, invoices, and records related to customers, suppliers, and transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and Shipping teams to support sales targets and operational efficiency
- Perform contract preparation, project-based tasks, and additional duties as assigned, while complying with all company policies and safety procedures
3. Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to work on days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Handling Dangerous Good and Flight Load Control experience in Aviation field preferred, but not required
- 1~2 years of previous experiences in international airfreight industry preferred, but not required
