Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and administration of contracts with customers such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and the US Government (Defense Logistics Agency). You will be the main point of contact with the buyers and contracting officers from our customer organizations. You will work directly with office staff and management to ensure that internal processes run smoothly. This role will work primarily with contracts and making sure they are organized, filed, and key criteria are highlighted. You will work with Microsoft office products, and will answer the phones, stock office supplies, etc.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks
- Handle calls with Government / Aerospace customers
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
