We’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the student experience, and ensure seamless coordination across our flight training programs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of Operations Specialists in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee daily flight schedules to maximize efficiency and aircraft utilization
- Monitor student training progress and coordinate real-time adjustments with flight staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and strong student engagement
- Manage student onboarding, scheduling, billing, and account closures
- Track performance metrics and maintain operational reporting
- Oversee facility organization, inventory, and supply management
What You Bring
- Operations and/or customer service leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
