Aircraft Structures / Sheet Metal Mechanic Location: Stuart, Florida
Pay: $35–$40/hr (experience-based)
Type: Contract or Direct Hire
Shift: Flexible - ability to work any shift required
Relocation Assistance (Direct Hire): $10K–$20K, case-by-case

Aircraft Structures / Sheet Metal Mechanics to join their team. This role offers competitive pay, long‑term stability, and strong benefits. Direct‑hire candidates may also qualify for relocation support.
What You’ll Do
- Perform structural repairs, modifications, and installations on aircraft
- Read and interpret blueprints, SRMs, and engineering drawings
- Drill, rivet, fabricate, and assemble sheet metal components
- Ensure all work meets FAA, safety, and quality standards
What You Bring
- 5+ years of aircraft structural or sheet metal experience preferred
- Ability to read aircraft blueprints and use precision tools
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and detail
- High School Diploma or Degree required
Nice to Have
- A&P License (not required)
