Veterans Alliance is hiring an experienced Assembly Supervisor to support aircraft production operations in Stuart, Florida. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary and long-term career growth.
This role is ideal for leaders with a strong background in OEM aircraft assembly and sheet metal/structures environments.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead aircraft assembly teams in a production environment
- Oversee daily operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
- Manage workflow, manpower, and task assignments across the assembly line
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management to team members
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of aircraft manufacturing or structures experience – REQUIRED
- OEM or assembly environment experience – PREFERRED
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years leadership experience – PREFERRED
- OR
- 8 years Sheet Metal Mechanic experience + 2 years leadership – ACCEPTABLE
- Strong knowledge of aircraft assembly processes and production flow
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Compensation & Details
- Salary: Up to $110,000/year (based on experience)
