About the Role:
Are you someone who naturally takes control when operations get busy—keeping crews moving, clients informed, and standards high under pressure? We’re looking for a hands-on operator to lead and scale a multi-airport aircraft detailing operation. You’ll own day-to-day revenue execution and client growth within the territory, with a direct impact on profitability and expansion. This role is closest to running your own operation without the financial risk.
This role starts hands-on and transitions into a multi-team leadership position as the territory grows with a clear path to General Manager / Territory Lead as operations scale. You will work directly with ramp teams and flight departments, requiring strong situational awareness and the ability to operate efficiently during high-traffic periods.
This is a field-driven leadership role ideal for candidates with experience in FBO operations, ground handling, or aviation services.
In this role, you’ll serve as the operational leader of the territory, coordinating services, managing teams, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier care. If you’re organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results, this could be your next great opportunity.
This role requires a flexible schedule. Night and overnight shifts are required at times to align with aircraft arrival and departure windows and client needs.
This is a performance-driven role where results directly impact compensation, growth, and advancement. You will be expected to track and report weekly performance metrics, including revenue, labor efficiency, and operational output.
This role is best suited for individuals already operating at a high level in fast-paced environments who are seeking increased ownership and upside.
