What You’ll Own
- Build Better Teams – Design and deliver training that drives real performance using proven methods
- Own the First Impression – Lead onboarding that gets new hires confident, capable, and ready fast
- Bring Training to Life – Deliver engaging sessions across classroom, e-learning, and hands-on environments
- Drive Talent Strategy – Partner with HR & operations on performance, development, and succession planning
- Create High-Impact Content – Develop training materials that are clear, engaging, and operationally relevant
- Turn Data into Action – Measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve programs
- Be a Leader on the Floor – Influence, coach, and communicate with teams at every level
What You Bring
- Experience in training, instructional design, or curriculum development
- Background in aviation, logistics, or high-volume operations
- Confidence in facilitating, presenting, and leading groups
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and HR systems
- A passion for developing people and driving results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across teams
