Customer Service Representative (Aviation Repair Shop)

About the Role:
Alliance Aeronautical Composites (ALAECO) is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining clear and consistent communication between our shop and our customers.
You will be responsible for keeping customers informed on repair status, quotes, pricing, estimated completion times, and any updates or delays. This position will also assist leadership while primarily owning customer communication (80% CSR / 20% support role).
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Provide updates on repairs, timelines, and pricing
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients
- Track and manage multiple repair projects simultaneously
- Assist leadership with day-to-day operations
Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed for growth. As you learn the aviation repair process, you will cross-train with Sales and eventually:
- Participate in client meetings
- Attend industry events and MRO trade shows
- Travel (local, national, and future international opportunities)
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (clear, professional English required)
- English is a must. Spanish is a plus (additional languages are a bonus)
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks/projects at once
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, systems)
- No aviation experience required — we will train the right candidate
Benefits:
- 11 days PTO (88 hours)
- Up to 1 week (40 hours) unused PTO paid out at year-end
