We’re looking for a hands-on Product Design Engineer ready to take ownership of projects from concept to production and make a real impact on high-performance aerospace systems. What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the center of engineering, working cross-functionally to bring complex designs to life:
- Evaluate customer RFQs for feasibility, manufacturability, and cost
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies
- Create detailed drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation
- Partner with Manufacturing to launch efficient, repeatable production
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and customers
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of three years of product design experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience taking products from design through production
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- U.S. Citizenship (required due to ITAR/EAR regulations)
Bonus Points If You Have
- Aerospace industry experience
- Bearing design knowledge (spherical or rod end bearings)
- Experience with mechanical assemblies, actuation systems, or linkages
- Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
