Required Qualifications
- Current FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
- Industry experience in aircraft dispatch or related operational roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching or training experience
- Experience mentoring junior dispatchers or supporting operational teams
Responsibilities
- Teach in-person evening classes following established FAA approved curriculum
- Deliver instruction that supports accurate decision-making and operational judgment
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, simulations, and assessments
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with program leadership and update to ensure instructional quality and compliance

- In-person at our Bloomington, MN campus
- Availability to teach weekly evening classes
