- Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned location ensuring quality, efficiency, budget performance and continuous improvement on processes, procedures and performance
- Must be well versed to ensure Company, FMCSA, OSHA, DOT and other regulatory standards
- Conducts investigations for all accidents, injuries, and incidents, following-up with consistent discipline and retraining
- Oversees schedules, dispatch and performance of 50 driver truck fleet operation
- Ensure that budgets are met; develops and implements programs for optimal equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, and labor and material costs.
- Demonstrates a high degree of urgency, on 24/7 basis for delivery issues

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
