Compensation: Hourly for showroom coverage and training period, Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonuses + High Referral Incentives

Fashion Interiors has 3 showrooms: Irvine (Flagship store), Redondo Beach (inside Catalina Paint Store) and Manhattan Beach ( by appointment only, inside Catalina Paint Store).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Associate / Design Consultant with extensive experience in window covering sales. This position requires both showroom and in-home consultations with clients in the greater Los Angeles area. Your focus will be on providing tailored design advice, quoting projects, and closing sales for high-end residential and commercial clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home, virtual, and showroom consultations.
- Represent premium products including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, and motorized systems.
- Create and present detailed product proposals.
- Manage client communication and follow-up from quote to close.
- Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, order processing, installation) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Leverage your personal network and generate new referrals.
Territory Focus:
West Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Century City, and surrounding luxury markets.
You must reside within 10 miles of this area.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in window coverings (shades, blinds, shutters, draperies).
- Expertise in motorization and smart home integration (e.g., Lutron, Somfy, Hunter Douglas) is quite helpful.
- Comfortable with virtual consultations via FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, iPad, Microsoft Office.
- Strong closing skills (detailed presentations, clear and efficient quote presentations, solution oriented ).
- Professional, polished communicator with exceptional follow-up.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
