Cabinet IQ of Milwaukee is seeking an experienced, client-focused Kitchen & Cabinet Designer to join our growing team.
This is an opportunity for a talented designer and sales professional to work on beautiful kitchen, bath, and whole-home cabinetry projects in a brand-new premium boutique showroom environment. Supported by qualified leads, modern systems, and a proven process, you’ll help clients bring their vision to life while delivering a true 5-star experience.
This role combines design expertise, attention to detail, technology fluency, and consultative sales skills — ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, relationship-driven environment. We offer a $50K base salary plus commission opportunities designed for total compensation over $100K.
This is NOT a big box retailer environment or low quality product portfolio. Cabinet IQ is focused on craftsmanship, personalized service, and meaningful client relationships. Our designers are empowered to lead projects, build trust with clients, and create thoughtful spaces that improve how people live in their homes.
