This position is designed as a career entry point into recruiting. Successful candidates who meet performance expectations will be eligible to move into a Recruiter role within 90 days, with additional training, responsibility, and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to aviation candidates (minimum 300 calls per week)
- Generate 25-30 qualified warm leads per week for the Aviation recruiting team
- Source and engage candidates through phone, email, and internal databases
- Qualify candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and interest
- Accurately document all candidate interactions in the ATS
- Build and maintain an organized pipeline of aviation talent
- Follow established sourcing processes and meet weekly performance metrics
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to support open requisitions
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with candidates at all times
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in a call center, sales, or high-volume phone environment
- Customer service experience required; sales experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable spending the majority of the day on the phone
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance metrics
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication skills and a positive, competitive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent sourcing
- Interest in building a long-term career in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bilingual is preferred

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
