We’re looking for detail-oriented Technicians who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working with electronic systems. What You’ll Do
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems and electronic components
- Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to identify and resolve issues
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Perform hands-on repairs, including soldering and component-level work
- Follow established quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Accurately document maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Handle and move equipment as needed in a production environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with electronics, electrical systems, or mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and understand schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as multimeters
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Backgrounds in automotive repair, apartment maintenance, or similar hands-on fields are highly relevant
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with soldering or component-level repair
- Previous exposure to aviation, aerospace, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with production, repair, or maintenance workflows
