Job Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Circuit Board Repair Specialist who is passionate about diagnostics, precision work, and hands-on electronics repair. Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics systems and aerospace electronic components
- Diagnose issues using tools such as multimeters and other electronic test equipment
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Perform hands-on repairs including micro-soldering, component-level repair, and display/screen assemblies
- Repair and rework flex cables, ribbon connections, and delicate electronic components
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and quality standards
- Document all maintenance, repair, and inspection work
- Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics repair, avionics, or a related technical field
- Strong soldering skills, including fine-pitch or micro-soldering
- Experience working with small components, connectors, or ribbon/flex cables
- Comfortable using multimeters and diagnostic tools
- Experience repairing consumer electronics (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or similar devices)
- Background in screen/display repair or replacement
- Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical illustrations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
