DISPATCHER / TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR
For over 33 years, Pure Luxury Transportation has been the premier transportation leader throughout Sonoma, Napa Valley and San Francisco. The role of Pure Luxury’s Dispatch department is to serve as communication liaisons for all company employees, valued clients, and our chauffeurs. Dispatch assists in providing time sensitive, on demand, & same day transportation. Dispatcher must be able to work with changing conditions and learn how to use his/her resources efficiently. This position involves heavy phone & email contact between client’s, chauffeurs, & the ability to work independently as well as a team.
Dispatch responsibilities include:
- Promptly respond to all phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Sustain a positive relationship and open communication with chauffeurs/employees/clients
- Accommodate partnerships with prestigious resorts in the Dry Creek/Sonoma/Napa area with their clients needs
- Check on chauffeurs/vehicle locations throughout the day- assure that chauffeurs are making their appointments on time
- Report any maintenance issues or any other potential issues to appropriate department/management
- Monitor arriving/departing flights as well as road conditions
- Schedule chauffeur assignments as needed
- Assist Sales Team in booking reservations as needed
- Assist with daily logistic/administrative tasks
Requirements: (Dispatch experience not required, will train the right person.)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Computer proficiency: Excel, Google Docs, Word, etc.
- 5+ years experience in customer service
- Knowledge of major roads/Highways
- Flexibility with schedule-we are open on weekends & holidays

Schedule:
- MID DAY AFTERNOONS/ EVENINGS, WEEKENDS & NIGHTS
- Part-Time would be considered based on availability, for less than 30 hours per week
- This is NOT a remote position. Must be onsite in Petaluma, CA

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
