You will collaborate directly with the Engineering Manager and liaise with clients to deliver top-tier technical solutions across various initiatives, while being based on-site at our facility in Mineral Wells. Key responsibilities include transforming customer specifications into viable design changes, determining project feasibility and discussing strategic plans with stakeholders. You'll engage in the integration of systems and software, ensuring products meet all functional expectations.
The role involves creating and enhancing testing applications to support rigorous validation processes. Essential tasks include conducting safety assessments, formulating hazard analyses, and providing the necessary certifications for projects. You should possess a strong understanding of federal avionics certification procedures. The position demands a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with a Master's being preferred, alongside at least five years of significant experience in avionics and technical domains.
