Duties
- Supervise daily activities of the production or maintenance line, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to standards
- Coordinate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high quality and safety protocols
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Monitor workflow processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and safety procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas, performing basic maintenance or coordinating repairs as needed
- Manage documentation related to operations, including logs, incident reports, and maintenance records
Requirements
- Proven management or supervising experience in a technical or industrial setting, preferably within aviation or logistics industries
- Strong mechanical knowledge of aircraft maintenance, service technician experience, or related fields
- Multilingual skills in Korean, Chinese, Japanese, or English are highly desirable for effective communication across diverse teams
- Experience with heavy lifting, manual transmission vehicles, and logistics operations is preferred
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), maintenance management practices, and aviation safety standards
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for clear instructions and team coordination
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Military experience or background in aviation mechanics is considered an asset
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for maintenance tasks
