Position Summary:
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling drivers, managing trip assignments, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, and ensuring timely and efficient service. This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for customer pickups and drop-offs
Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and management
Monitor vehicle locations and trip progress in real-time
Handle last-minute changes or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency
Maintain detailed records of trips, driver logs, and client requests
Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a dispatcher, preferably in transportation, logistics, or limo services
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Familiarity with Cleveland-area roads and traffic patterns is a plus
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Schedule:

Full-time position
Some evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

· Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· No CDL required
