Overview
Panorama Aero is a special-mission aerospace lessor and logistics provider. We operate, finance, and support mission-ready aircraft across ISR, counter-UAS, and multi-mission aviation. We’re entering a major growth phase, backed by a significant capital raise that will expand our fleet and operational footprint.
We’re building out our finance team and hiring a Staff Accountant with real experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate inside a rapidly scaling aviation platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage AP/AR
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance-sheet reconciliations
- Lead key elements of month-end and year-end close
- Maintain GL entries, schedules, and organized financial documentation
- Prepare journal entries and support audit schedules
- Contribute to cash flow modeling, forecasting, and DCF analysis
- Support budgeting, variance analysis, and multi-entity accounting
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Xero or QuickBooks experience is mandatory
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, modeling basics)
- Experience with DCF-style analysis and cash flow forecasting
- Comfort using automation and advanced AI tools for accounting workflows
- Solid grasp of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- CPA or CPA-track is a strong plus
- Detail-driven, accountable, and able to operate in a fast-moving environment
