You will originate and execute aircraft engine leasing, debt, and trading opportunities across the United States, while supporting broader northern-hemisphere markets as needed. Partnering closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams, you will lead transactions from initial opportunity through negotiation, approval, and closing. The role involves managing relationships with airlines, OEMs, lessors, and investors, while identifying opportunities through market analysis and portfolio insights. You will also contribute to portfolio management decisions, including restructurings and remarketing strategies, and mentor junior team members to strengthen team performance. This role is primarily U.S.-based with frequent domestic and international travel; in-office expectations align with regional team requirements.
Salary range for this position: $200,000 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
