Duties
- Assist with the coordination and execution of puppy flights, ensuring safe and comfortable transport
- Maintain compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations during all flight operations
- Monitor flight schedules and coordinate logistics to optimize timing and efficiency
- Conduct analysis of flight data and operational procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed throughout the transportation process
- Support pre-flight preparations, including documentation review and equipment checks
- Collaborate with airline staff, handlers, and other team members to facilitate smooth operations
- Manage time effectively to meet strict scheduling requirements while maintaining high safety standards
Requirements
- Prior non-rev Flight Benefits must be held before applying
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to passenger and cargo flights
- Strong understanding of aviation operations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management skills to coordinate multiple flights efficiently
